Headline: Redefining Modern Living: Inside Our Latest Luxury Penthouse Project
When you have a massive floor plan with double-height ceilings, standard furniture just won't cut it. You need scale, precision, and a seamless flow between the architecture and the interior.

At EKAR FURNITURE, we are more than just a custom furniture factory; we are your complete interior manufacturing partner. Our latest full-house project—a stunning modern luxury penthouse—perfectly illustrates the magic of combining bespoke loose furniture with high-end architectural joinery.
Let’s take a walk through this breathtaking space.

The Living Room: Scale and Sophistication
The heart of this penthouse is the double-height living room. Designing for spaces with massive floor-to-ceiling windows requires furniture that anchors the room without blocking the view. We manufactured a custom low-profile grey sectional sofa that perfectly follows the room's layout. To balance the modern aesthetic, we incorporated gentle architectural curves on the upper balcony fascia. This combination of soft upholstery and clean architectural lines is a hallmark of modern luxury.

The Dining Experience: Where Woodwork Meets Metal
Transitioning into the dining area, the focus shifts to exquisite detailing and our advanced fixed joinery capabilities. We crafted incredible sliding doors featuring textured glass encased in sleek, curved metal frames. Behind the dining setup, a complex custom metal screen serves as a stunning visual divider.
In the main dining space, the ceiling features a massive, multi-layered circular drop design. Below it sits a large round dining table, paired with custom-upholstered chairs featuring dark blue accents and elegant metal legs. But the real showstopper is the integrated wall cabinetry. We built a floor-to-ceiling display wall combining a built-in marble bar counter with an intricate grid of metal and glass shelving. This seamless integration of stone, metal, and wood is exactly why designers rely on our one-stop custom service.

Bedrooms: The "Boutique Hotel" Vibe
Because of our extensive background in hotel furniture customization, bringing a 5-star resort feel into a private residence comes naturally to us. For the private quarters, we utilized extensive wood wall paneling to create a cozy, sound-dampening environment. The walls feature a beautiful fluted (ribbed) wood texture, complete with integrated LED ambient lighting. We customized everything from the floating desks and built-in TV units to the minibar cabinets and platform beds. It’s clean, functional, and deeply luxurious.

The EKAR Advantage: A True One-Stop Factory
Coordinating a project of this scale is usually a headache. Sourcing the sofa from one place, the dining table from another, and hiring local carpenters for the wall paneling customization often leads to mismatched finishes and delayed timelines.
That’s where EKAR steps in. With years of overseas project experience, we manufacture the entire interior shell and everything inside it:
Loose Furniture: Sofas, beds, dining sets, and accent chairs.
Fixed Woodwork (Joinery): Doors, wall panels, built-in wardrobes, and custom cabinetry.
We handle the engineering, production, and quality control under one roof, ensuring that the metal finish on your dining chairs perfectly matches the brass trim on your sliding doors.
